Modern Kendo

Modern Kendo is not only a competitive sport that emphasizes physical and mental training, but also a spiritual discipline passed down for centuries. Through the clashing of bamboo swords and the breathing of Kiai, practitioners seek self-discipline and a harmonious life rhythm in regular training.

Training Methods

Includes basic dojo etiquette, footwork, stances, and bamboo sword striking. Once a certain level of proficiency is reached and approval is granted, students proceed to training with protective gear, systematically building a technical foundation.

修習效益

Comprehensively improve swordsmanship skills, balance the physique, establish the rigorous etiquette required for the workplace and daily life, and hone a resilient mindset that remains calm under pressure.

Target Audience

Suitable for children/teenagers, busy adults seeking physical and mental balance, and practitioners at all levels, from absolute beginners to those looking to deepen their practice.
